This project involved the demolition of the concrete built former Connexions Centre Kingston building named Brook House on 23 Brook Street, and the concrete framed, brick clad structures named: Argyll House on Brook Street, and Frances House on Wheatfield Way using a mixture of piecemeal method hand demolition and progressive fragmentation using a high-reach demolition rig from a safe working distance, clearing and processing the demolition arising materials; reduce level dig, and clearing the site to a clean and level finish.

  1. Produce the Pre-Construction Information
  2. Carry out a Pre-Demolition BREEAM survey
  3. Carry out a consultation on the tender list
  4. Attend the bid meetings and provide feedback on the submissions
  5. Review and approve the RAMS and issue a report
  6. Review and approve the asbestos POW and issue report
  7. Carry out the pre-start site audit and issue a report
  8. Carry out several site audits and issue a report on the progress
  9. Carry out the completion site audit and issue a report
  10. Produce a H&S File
